Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
Ceylon or 'True' Cinnamon is regarded as the highest quality of Cinnamon in the world. It is considered healthier that other types of Cinnamon due to its minimal Coumarin content which can be toxic if consumed in large amounts.
So what is Wild Ceylon Cinnamon?
This means that the Cinnamon Trees are allowed to grow wild. The cinnamon is sourced naturally from Kandyan Forest Gardens when they are between 10-100 years old givng a woody and spicy flavour. Allowing these trees to grow also protects the biodiversity of the area and promotes soil conservation.
We combine the wild cinnamon with younger, organic plantation cinnamon which produce a sweeter flavour to create a variety of unique blends.
Our freshtly harvested Cinnamon is sourced directly from smallholder farmers and brought in for testing, sorting and processing. We offer cinnamon quills; handcrafted by our team of local women, pieces and powder freshly milled before shipment.

All spices are freshly milled and shipped to you within 7-10 days of placing the order.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Prices do not include shipping and VAT.
PACKAGING
All spices are packed in Kraft bags and Poly bags when necessary.
Once opened we recommend storing in air tight containers away from direct sunlight to keep them as fresh as possible and consume within 12 months of purchase.
